Bruno, Rosie’s teddy bear, becomes separated from his sick little owner through the thoughtless hi-jinks of Rosie’s two rowdy brothers, Jimmy and Joe. Bruno has been endowed with an eye that twinkles merrily with a happy secret. Jimmy and Joe have a secret too, but it isn’t a happy one: it keeps them awake at night. In their quest to restore their little sister’s happiness, the boys discover that they cannot keep their guilty secret to themselves.
