SCL22 Night Before Christmas

At the Scholten farm, the richest farm in the district, everyone was busy preparing for the great Christinas party. Mr. Scholten prided himself greatly on this annual display of wealth and generosity. When an old woman came onto the yard begging for firewood, he was too busy to bother with her and chased her away. Everyone was also too busy to answer little Lucas’s questions about Christmas. So he went off to find the newborn Baby on his own. When the party began, Lucas was missing.
